Additional Guest

Due to the nature and risk of our services, we ask that no additional guest accompany you to your service. All guests will be required to wait in the lobby during the entirety of your service.

Unfortunately, children are not allowed in the clinic due to the risk involved with our services.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are needing to reschedule and at least 48hrs notice is provided, we will happily apply your deposit towards the same service when rescheduling*.

*"Premium weekend appointments” When 72hrs notice is provided for rescheduling, your deposit will be applied towards the same “premium” rescheduled service.

Late Arrivals

We ask that all clients plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for traffic delays, parking, restroom needs, etc.

It’s crucial that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointments with consent forms filled out and submitted PRIOR as our artist are typically working with full schedules for the day that do not allow us to accommodate late clients. We offer a 10 minute grace period with anything over being considered a NO SHOW and will be subjected to our no-show fees stated below.

Out of consideration for our staff, we ask that in the event you will be arriving late that you call us immediately.

Cancellations

We require 48hr’s notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments - NO EXCEPTIONS*. If less than 48hrs notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited, and we will require a new deposit if you wish to book in the future.

*"Premium weekend appointments” Will require 72hrs notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide at least 72hrs notice will be a forfeit of your deposit.

**Positive COVID Results less than 48hrs:

If you test positive for COVID within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time, you can submit proof of documentation via email to receive a new appointment date without penalty.

Unfortunately, failure to provide proof of COVID Positive results when less than 48hrs notice is given will result in a rescheduling fee.

No Shows

Clients who fail to show up to a scheduled appointment without providing proper notice will be charged a fee of 50% of their scheduled service and will unfortunately not be able to book future appointments unless approved by management.

TOUCH UPS - If a client is a no show to a scheduled touch up service, we reserve the right to automatically charge a $125 no show fee.
